Refund and Returns Policy

STOCK ITEM RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, please email [email protected]. Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. If IDALAKE makes a mistake or error in fulfilling your order, we will provide a return label free of charge. Otherwise, the customer requesting a return will be responsible for the return shipping charges. A 50% restocking fee may be charged on items prepared for shipment if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days after IDALAKEreceives the returned product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: 1. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from https://www.idalake.com/, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Please note that custom mats will be custom cut to fit your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed that there can be differences between boats of the same make and model. Dimensions can be measured on board using film covering. Please allow for minor differences.

PAID NOT SHIPPED CANCELLATION POLICY

For orders that have been paid but not shipped, we support cancellation. Please contact us to cancel before we ship your order. If the item has been marked for shipment, it is not possible to cancel the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM OR RETAIL BOAT KITS

Customers may cancel their custom yacht kit order at no charge within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, your custom kit is still in production and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
